Now a days people are showing intrest to follow different diets to slim down and to stay slim. So you just ollow these easy and simple habits to stay healthy and for your slimming process too.

1, Simple Breakfast;

Breakfast is a routine programme in the morning, its better to go for same breakfast instead of different varities or you can prefer a different oneonly on weekends. This will impact your desire on eating ndirectly and helps you to eat low or simple breakfast instead of making you heavy in the morning.

2.A 15mins duration of hunger;

According to the research we feel hunger for every 15mins of time., but be patience if you feel hungry ak yourself am i realy feeling hungry..?,  am i really want food or i can manage..? just wait for a few mins if your feeling disappear busy with your work again. So when ever you feel hungry give a duration of 15mins to your body to manage your feelings.


3.Six meals per day;

You can prefer six meals in a day out of that three are full meals and three are snacks , in between dont prefer to buy anymore to eat better go for selfmade.


4.Control your savour;

While you are eating always keep in mind that every bite is my last bite and eat slowly., the faster you eat then the more you eat so chew your food and eat slowly without any hurry. It helps to avoid more to eat.
Plan your lunch every day of a week this makes you easy to shopping your veggies and make sureof taking your own clean and hygiene pack of home food if you are working out instead of ordering from restaurents.

5.Importance of crockery;

Yes research says that downsiZe of your crockery has a good impact on diet, as if siZe of plates is small then the amount of food intake also reduces automatically. So keep your large plates or bowls out of your sight.

6.Hydrate your body;

Take daily minimum 8 glasses of water in a day start with one glass of water in a morning and one glass of water with every meal .., six meals and one glass after your last meal. This will not help your boy to hydrate but also keeps your hunger in control.

7.Importance of snacks;

It's very important how much snacks you are taking.., ofcourse snacks are healthy and light but take it also in small quantities. If you prepare a snack don't  finish it at once take a portion and rest for other snack time.

8.Stop eating after 8 pm;

What ever you want to eat for dinner just have it before 8 pm and dont eat after eight .., if you follow that you are giving your body a good time for metabolism and integration of food and i the morning you can wake up with no feeling of hungry.

9.Intake of low-carbs;

Plan your diet with low carbohydrates and go for cold water or lime juice instead of carbonated beverages, yes they are very typical for your health because they are sources of high calories, that are not at all recomended for our body. Low intake of sugar and carbs make you feel heavy so intake of food automatically controls with out any hunger.

So simply follow all the above steps and you can observe the change., if you want go for Kitchen scale and measure your optimal intake of food no doubt you will surprise with your results.
